Meet Dr. Grace

Dr. Grace Apigo joined the Mellas Orthodontics team in 2023 and proudly sees patients in both the Basking Ridge and Long Valley offices.

She is committed to providing patients with a warm, personalized experience while helping them achieve bright smiles. Originally from Michigan, Dr. Grace received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and a Certificate in Spanish from the University of Detroit Mercy. Afterwards, she attended dental school at the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with honors in radiology and community oral health. Dr. Grace continued her training at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her certificate in orthodontics.

In her dedication to providing high-quality care, Dr. Grace is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. She regularly attends courses and seminars and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists.

Now a proud New Jerseyan, Dr. Grace lives in Union County with her husband and their energetic mini Australian shepherd, Jet. In her free time, she enjoys painting, reading, and catching the latest musicals on Broadway and in local theaters.
